Calculation of Time and Kilometers:

• The time and distance for your journey will be calculated from the moment the vehicle departs from our garage located in Rohini until it returns to the garage. This ensures a fair and transparent billing process, covering the entire duration and distance of the service.

Additional Charges:

• Government Inter-State Taxes: Any inter-state taxes applicable during your journey will be charged additionally as per actuals.
• Toll and Parking Fees: Any tolls and parking fees incurred during the trip will be charged extra, reflecting the exact amount paid.

Minimum Charge for Outstation Tours:

• For outstation tours, a minimum of 250 kilometers per day will be charged, regardless of the actual distance traveled. This ensures that the vehicle’s availability and usage are accounted for.

Daily Charge Timing:

• Charges for kilometers traveled, driver fees, and applicable taxes are calculated daily, based on a 24-hour period starting from 12:00 AM (midnight) to 11:59 PM. This ensures a clear and consistent billing cycle.

Exclusions:

• Please note that tickets for government monuments, train fares, and flight tickets are not included in the service. These should be arranged separately by the client if required.
